My pk 100s engine has play in the crank as shown in the image below of around 1.5mm either side ,is this normal or should I replace crank (I suppose the bearing is very hard to replace),also my clutch basket has play around the primary drive axle ,when applying pressure to clutch basket it shifts side to side about 0.2mm around the primary drive axle as displayed in image below. Any advise would help as these are very specific and hard to find answers about.

That play is ok for crank.
Also primary can live with it. Especially on standard engine. But you need be ready for engine overhauling.

Thank you, part of the clutch basket play is the bearing itself so that's getting replaced along with crankshaft piston bearing

The play on the primary you shown is not related to the bearing.
Anyway for change primary bearing the cases need to be split. If so it is better to change the primary or at least put repair kit.
