Hey folks, has anyone fitted SIP Performance 2.0 (RH exit) or the R/T 25 nordspeed unit to a Sprint V or similar? If so, how was the fittment and what were the performance results? What carb combo are you using too? Looking at adding one to my P210 Malossi powered SV. Cheers, Andy

A friend got the R/T 25 for his 210 reeded PX. It's long, fat and wide. Lost his center stand and scrapes on every turn…

I think it will be even worse on a Sprint V. since they sit lower than a PX…

After watching the scooter prix races in Indonesia, all the large frame class scooters use expansion chamber right hand exit under selector box exhausts. There must be maximum clearance for turns. What would be the best expansion chamber right hand exhaust for that?

I had an R/T 25 on my 252, it's a massive pipe and would ground down very easily but it performed really well on the 252. There was a lot of torque down low and it just pulled really well mid range. It did run out of huff up top but it didn't really matter to me too much.

Thanks for the pics Stuart
I think I'm going to give the RT a miss and go for the performance 2.0 or the JL righty.
Cheers

You may want to have a look at https://www.megadella.it/en/ products too.
Those are tuned expansion exhausts too.
Less extreme, more compact/ground clearance, standard box look and accessibly priced.
