i think some of the early cranks, the conrods were made by Tre-spade, same manufacturer of the gears. Tre-spade is still making things to this day. It's hard to see the logo, but if it's three-swords, then it's a Tre-spade item.

Nice info. I saw this logo lot of times on the gears but couldn't understand what is on it.
