Hi guys, I've just created an account here but been reading the forum for a couple years now and has been hugely helpful.

A problem has appeared in my 2017 GTS300 that wasn't a problem before and I haven't been able to find the answer to it, hope you will be able troubleshooting.

Recently, when I ride with a passenger, the bike won't go past 40 kph and the ASR/EFI light starts flashing constantly when I reach 40, but when I ride solo everything is fine and the bike has full power. This has happened recently since a couple weeks ago, riding with a passenger and going over 40 was completely and easily doable. I haven't touched, modified, added or removed anything at all.

What can the problem be? Thanks for the help in advance.

Check tyre pressure, recalibrate asr. I don't know why that would happen from 40 though.

It should be set higher for riding with a passenger. Also make sure your rear shocks are properly adjusted for riding with a passenger.
