And what type of oil should i use for the engine? I couldn't find user manual online for 150 version

It would seem to be the liquid-cooled version of the Liberty, and unless I'm mistaken the current 150cc Vespas are still only air-cooled. You're mistaken. GTS125/150 for one... Piaggio has produced 125/150 liquid-cooled scooters for over two decades.
