I have a problem in my 1965 VBB. The speedometer and tail light are dimmed off as I step on the brake pedal, but the brake light is working properly. Can anyone help me?..

Thank you guys,
Im new here by the way.

That could be because the brakelight is putting more electrical load on the system. Does it do the same if you are revving the engine?

It still happens even though I'm rev-ing the engine.

I have back plate lighting accessories hooked to the tail light circuit though, but I already have those for a while now and it wasn't like this before.
