Maybe just using the old patch design for the NSM crowd? Happy to see this stuff regardless!

Follow-up question: do you happen to remember where we got the artwork? I honestly have no recollection at this point. I might have done the artwork myself -- I have the vector artwork that got sent to the embroidery company for the patch, but no other related artwork (building blocks, etc).

Wow, that OG NSM patch looks a lot like a Modern Buddy sticker I might have had (when I didn't have a Buddy) and then lost someplace.

Kinda miss the patches, I did get one of the listed ones..."33" I believe.

Nice sleuthing! Looks like the NSM patch was a modified version of one of his submissions from the 2009 Patch Contest: Modern Vespa 2009 Patch Design: Call For Submissions

Unfortunately, all of his original submissions were stored off-sight, which have succumbed to bit-rot. So I am not sure if the NSM version was his or only based on his headset design.

It veered off course a couple of years ago but my overall experience with RedBubble has been good. They've stuck around longer than some of the other marketplaces of their day. I feel like I backed the right horse in that regard. They've sold & shipped my designs to scooterists all over the world, and for that I'm happy.

The main troubles I've had with merch over the years are twofold, and neither are really the fault of RedBubble per se.

As much as that would be an awesome accessory, you might be waiting a while.

I've just added long-sleeve shirts in the UK. Apparently, the premium T-shirt that I started with in the US is only available in... the US. Drat.

There is another T-shirt that is available worldwide, which might have to be the next product.

(Stand by for link, it is still processing).

I am familiar with several varieties of "diner style" mug, though it's probably moot because Amazon Merch doesn't have mugs. That said, would love to see an example photo of the specific mug style you had in mind.

I myself have hunted down a number of promotional mugs with a very specific diner-style shape and (importantly) size -- I have a small collection of them in my cabinet.

Just got an email from the Amazon Merch people, rejecting one of the designs I submitted (that wasn't listed anywhere yet). It's the same artwork as the other products I've listed (which are still live) but they seemed to have an intellectual property issue with this specific one.

We were kind of anticipating that. Not sure if this will all go south or not.

Because of the use of the brand name "Vespa" in your logo?

This is the style I am referring to, although this is NOT my favorite mug. Typically off white. good weight, robust handle.
My favorite one is actually from Four Barrel on Mission. So also an engine reference.

Yes, that's the classic.

It is a bit small for my taste, though. I think it's only 10oz or so?

There's a better version, but it's hard to find. I've only ever found it in various gift shops. I think I hunted down the source of them once, and they were only available in bulk (like one gross or something).

I think it's 10oz. I like that these mugs are typically thicker than the normal gift / novelty mugs. Feel like it keeps coffee warmer.

My coffee mug cabinet is in perfect harmony. My OCD will not allow orphan style mugs.

Well, think about the greater thermal mass of the larger mug sucking BTUs out of your coffee, and the larger mug's ability to radiate heat from a larger surface area.

All other things being equal, I don't think thicker/larger mugs keep coffee warmer unless - possibly - they've been pre-warmed.

My mug of choice is a 2018 clearance ScooterWest 20oz mug. It is huge and I love it. I believe their existing mug line is 12oz and probably large enough...but I won't buy one smaller than that.
