How did you bleed the brakes? And which method did you use (push or pull)????
And does the Yourban have ABS? |

No ABS.I use pulling from calipers, but my mistake was I was pulling from rear break caliper and open the integral foot brake container and try to suck fluid and fuck up things.

Sounds like you have air in the brake lines.
I always use the push method, starting from the brake lever while keeping that reservoir topped. Once fluid runs clear from the caliper, only then can you start on the foot brake and its reservoir. And never, ever suck out fluid. This increases the chance of air making its way into the lines. Just pump gently, again while keeping the reservoir full at all times, and never let the lever or pedal bottom out. Close the bleeder before either hits the end of travel This the way I've done it on the MP3 for nearly 10 years. At least 5 times now, all without issues |

One more thing, the foot pedal has a proportioning valve and is a linked brake (front and rear). So you may also have air in the front brake lines.

I understand is linked, but problem is only in the rear brake, front brakes work great.I think the problem(air) is down near the rear brake caliper, somewhere I read piaggio rear brake has bad design and caliper is not actual highest point and near the caliper can sty air.

Try flushing using the push method.
The Piaggio caliper bleed valves are notorious for being prone to sucking in air through the threads |

Do you have a compressor? You're gonna need something with more oomph than a vacuum hand pump

I spoke with local vespa dealer and he tells me to bring to him the scooter. It was a big pain in the ass for all LT version if air comes to system because of that integrated foot brake system. So Friday I left it in service after that I will write what he do to solve the problem.
