Hi Guys

I am looking at buying a 1968 Vespa Sprint which I am told is spanish however the rear brake lever is the same as a PX opposed to the lay flat style pedal I see on all od vespas. Is this unique to motovespa as I beleive they had cross overs ?

I just wonder if it has had a PX floor welded in etc ?

Any help most appreciated and thank you

Gav

PX foot brake is normal on a Motovespa GT 160 but haven't seen one on a Sprint. Maybe a rebadged GT or frame was swapped??

The headset is certainly GT160 style.

If it's a GT160 the legshield will have a slight taper, unlike any other vespa model. Would be easy to tell with a pic from the front. And, I think all GT's were round tail... which that bike does not have. Frame serial would help us sort it.
