What size are the 4 bolts which attach the windscreen to the two support arms? I believe the bolts are aluminum with a hex head.

Not the same as my windscreen, but I'll bet someone will chime in on this. The picture really helps.

Take one of the bolts to a local hardware store or a specialty bolt/screw supplier if you have one and there are display boards to test the size. Then you'll know for sure the size and pitch.
Or ride there on the scoot and take the correct wrench with you so you can take one inside to test it. |

They are almost certainly not aluminum fasteners.
Sometimes there is no substitute for getting a pair of calipers, learning how to use them, and curling up with the McMaster.com website to track down odd fasteners. |

Many responses, none very helpful.
The bolts on nearly all Vespa windscreens are the same. My bolt heads are 100% stripped. I cannot remove them without destroying them. So I need to know in advance what size bolts they are. Scooterwest says that they are common bolts, and same in all the windscreens. |

Telling people, that took time to answer, that their responses were not helpful was not fair when you left out critical information

I think the (assistance):(information provided) ratio was pretty high here.
My big scooter windshield bolts are an unusual length, as I recall, which is why I suggested planning to find specialty fasteners on McMaster.com. YMMV. |

Hello gentlemen
Not sure if this help.... 🤔 but this is what I used for replacing my old worn-out windshield hardware . Purchased at Home Depot. Better then the original screws and new rubber pieces. Ps: I did paint the pan machine screw to match the others:P
