I just bought a 2007 MP3 250 and the seat latch cable was disconnected. I was able to reconnect it and the seat now opens when I push the button on the key, but I have a couple of questions.
The cable hangs down into the storage compartment - is there a proper way to route this? I found the clip in the photo below in the underseat storage, and I suspect that might be something to do with it.
I also noticed that the seat latch is bent where the cable housing clips onto it (see photo). Is this normal or should it be straight?
