1975 Rally 200. In this cold off season I put a Polini 210 top end and ported. Also 25/25 carb, fast flow tap, polini box exhaust. Can't wait to try it out.
My question is - is stock clutch going to strong enough or should I anticipate having to get a cosa clutch (or stronger then stock)?

You should be fine keeping the stock clutch. Some casual googling says you're only going to be 17 to maybe 18 HP, which the stock 7-spring can handle.

If it starts slipping, you could either put some stiffer springs in it or upgrade to the Cosa at that time.

Nice power upgrade, that should be a healthy improvement. You might also consider upgrading your stock clutch as described here:
Honda CR80 clutch disk page, what have you got?

If that's the bike it's going in, I'd say you have some time to figure this out. Razz emoticon
