Hi...I've got two vino 125 scooters...and one will hit close too 60mph ...the other one is newer and struggles to go 35mph....starts up good idles good...I rebuilt carb ...and then had shop rebuild it still...the same...the scooter is like new 3300 mi? Any ideas..thanks

Aside from the carb rebuild, have you changed anything else? An '09 might need the CVT disassembled and the rear sheave dismantled/cleaned/re-greased.

Is the bystarter plug connected? Plug is over by the starter relay, above the spark plug. If not, it'll be overly-rich and run poorly.

Have you checked the air filter?
