Hello, I'm working on a Fly50 that came into my shop with a dead electrical system. I installed a new battery and I now get power to the brake light and horn, the start button does nothing. The button gets power when I pull a brake, and puts out power when pushed. The starter relay works, I checked all fuses and tested every relay. On all the wiring diagrams I pulled up online, they are either illegible or have the start button connected directly to the solenoid. In this one that is not the case. The wire colors are different, so there is something in between. Also, when I jump the solenoid and crank the engine, there is no spark. Is the ECM tied into all of this? I know that the key is coded on these and the owner swears that he has ridden it with the current key. the trigger wire on the solenoid looks light green and black, the signal wire on the button is red/white.
