I got this red service icon. Aux battery is new now. Scooter will not start. It does not charge

Anyone with same experience?
And solution?[/img]

There are some reports here and in the German forum about "yellow" or "red" service icons on the Elettrica and that the Elettrica in this cases does not charge. You'll have to do a search...

If I remember the threads correctly, there is no known universal solution. It seems to me that only a dealer can help by reading out the fault memory, installing software updates and hoping that the fault can be rectified without replacing the control unit.
