One of my Vespa friends has a 2023 GTS 300 HPE. Everything was fine. Drove for several days and miles. Then one day he tries to start the scooter and the ignition switch won't turn, it just stays in the "Off" position. His son came over and really cranked on the switch, it turned BUT nothing turned on. The FOB and the master have NO effect. Switch still won't turn.
The battery is full, 12.8v.
When you push the knob in the "Welcome" shows BUT then it immediately says "Goodbye".
Someone mentioned maybe the FOB needs to be reset.
Do you think that is the issue and if so how do you do that?
If not, anyone have any ideas what it could be.
