I am a new owner and member. My first Vespa was a 1955 Allstate with 55,000 miles when I became the proud owner at age 14. Too many bikes over the years but full circle I now have a 2018 300. Just a shout out to the community for their help. The scooter posted a check engine light. The bike had 600 miles and was 7 YO at purchase so I changed the fluids. The water pump o ring was a challenge and may be pinched. I cannot see any seepage but with forum advice I checked the coolant level and it was low. Topped it off and now back to normal. Since it took 300 miles to post, it is prolly not just a burp. Still I am grateful that I did not have to pay for a diagnosis. Thanks again for advice. Always try the simple things first.
PS original Yuasa battery still strong.
I'll certainly buy another upon failure.
Happy Scootering
