On my vespa 90 with pk100 (electronic ignition) motor I have quite a tired piston and cylinder ill continue using sparingly for fun in the city while I study, however I'm seeing which is better, the EVOK 125cc kit with two ports or the series one 125cc kit with 3 ports (basically et3), has anyone had any experience with these kits?
Another thing to consider is that I've got a weird but rare delorto 18.18D carb, would this work for both kits? (Given that I jet them, would I use the same range of jets for the same kit setup with 19.19D or would I have to downsize due to less air?) I'm planning to use the stock box exhaust as I'm happy with it's performance. It doesn't need to be very powerful but I want something I can use in the city of edinburgh to reach 40 mph easily and cruise with long life and practible.

Do you stick only with 125cc kits?
If so it is worth to look on this SIP/VMC 125cc kit.
18.18 or 19.19 will work.
For the first time you can use original exhaust. And late(when you will want more power) change it to Sito+ or BGM if you prefer original look and want carry on spare wheel.

I'll probably stick to the serie one as I don't really have the space to do porting as I will be building it in a car park 😭😅 but it's always a alternative after a few years when I have more money and facilities and if E5 fuel is still available

I want to stick to 125 due to the way licences work in UK, I'm too young to have anything more and you have to do lots of tests and exams to get anything more. Also I want to have a more original experience rather than heavily tuned

You can put on SIP/VMC without any porting or other modifications to the crankcase. But even in this way it will give you more fun than EVOK or Serie One(Serie Pro, right?)

Tbh I think I agree with you, it's the same price as serie pro and I can modify case in the future, aswell as having a larger 3rd port that will bypass the constraint put by the case. Is it all legal and allowed to put on your registration / insurance in UK with a CBT?

Although it is legal, as still 125cc and not over your licence power limit, if you mention it to your insurance company the price will go up.....probably by a lot. Even though the only one who will ever know is you.

Fair enough, I see the kit doesn't include the head gasket, is it not required?
