Modern Vespa

Hi All, been taking off my transmission cover off my Vespa 150 LX ie 2011. what a job that was after 2 days of pulling and leavering I failed had to take a big hammer to it (sad) now looking for a new cover.
The question I have.

1. There a seal at holds the Clutch driven pulley shaft. can't find a part number also can I just pull it out and replace ?

Shaft moves up and down a mil or 2.

Any one know a dealer who sell transmission cover P/No 871470, Australia.

Anybody know of video/youtube of that seal being removed.

Part number of the oil seal is 82878R .The dimension of the seal are 20x32x7. You can try to remove the seal with a screw without removing the shaft, otherwise you need to dismantle the reduction unit,remove the shaft and remove the seal with a screwdriver.

replace clutch oil seal with shaft in place?

On the GTS there is always a bit of play on the clutch shaft, mostly in and out, but it is held tight by the bearing in the transmission cover. I presume yours is the same.

If it's not leaking doesn't need to be replaced. With the cover off the shaft can move quite a bit because it is only held in place by one bearing, 2nd bearing is in the cover.
