I have bought a Vespa primavera 50cc two stroke for my daughter, it's difficult to start, when it does start it won't tick over, compression is good, got fuel and spark, been doing my head in trying to get it right, was thinking maybe timing or stator fault
Ant input or ideas to help rectify would be much appreciated

The choke looks to have been replaced but it gets warm to the touch when running
