The glovebox is easy enough to remove, but there is a bunch of cooling system components stuffed in there and all that would need to be removed/inspected/replaced as needed. Take it to your insurer, have it inspected and get an estimate for the repair. Then you can make a more educated decision.

I suspect (if it's insured) the cost of a new frame plus swapping the rest of the parts would be much cheaper than writing it off.
