I sense great reluctance on your part to do anything about the tap / blockages.

The tap will most likely block again as the crud gad been moved and not removed. If the crud does pass through as you describe, you are then at risk of blocking a much more expensive and difficult to clean out component. Namely the carburetor. Fuel level has been clarified by an eminently knowledgeable member and declared irrelevant to the flow.

You are best served either removing the tap and servicing properly by full dismantle to clean appropriately, or replace

Hi guys. Well it's a start. Could it be that whatever was there (if there was), could have been dislodged, broken down, and maybe pass out of the fuel line( if it's now small particles)?
The other thing is maybe the tank had gotten low and didn't have enough force to pass the fuel?
