How does one reinstall entire ignition switch components with columnlock in an 09 LXV? Can it be done without dropping fork and shock assembly?

09 LXV Successful installation of new ignition switch with immobilizer assembly and Master key chip nets me solid cranking! Unfortunately no spark and start! Immobilizer/Code light stays/blinks incessantly without key! What gives! What it is next step on isolating problem?
