Dear friends,

I have a couple of questions regarding audible turn signal relay installation.

On my 2015 LX 150, where is the turn signal relay and how do I get to it?

Do I need a 2 wire or 3 wire audible relay? I bought the 3 wire on a guess.

Any links to the correct product and installation guide would be appreciated.

I connected it to the wires that go to the turn signals.

You need a two-pin flasher relay - or just use a couple of diodes and a piezo bleeper, grounded by the brake light signal <<< my preferred method.

The latter method provides several advantages:
The bleeping turns off when you have a brake light on, so it doesn't annoy you or passers-by at long traffic lights etc,
You can tell if your turn signal switch is working,
You can tell if the brake light switches are working,
You can tell if your brake light bulbs are working.

Very simple to add:

That looks like I'm connecting both positive wires to the turn signals together and attaching to one prong of the relay. The other prong of the relay goes to the negative side of the brake switch? Won't both turn signals flash now? Sorry for dumb question!

That's what the diodes are for. They prevent current from flowing between the turn signals.

For my S 150, I installed a replacement 12V vibrator from a stuffed animal under the seat with zip ties, and wired it with diodes like a beeper.

It provides a pleasant pulsing massage to the nether regions whilst stopped, and a gentle reminder to turn the golldurn turn signal off for Chrissake once moving again.

I use Jimc's beeper setup in my Scarabeo.

But honestly the best solution is the clicking relay Genuine/PGO uses in the plain old Buddy.
