There's a rubber hose coming off my carb near the bystarter that I can't figure out where it goes to, It's ID is larger than a vacuum hose's ID, but it's definitely not a fuel delivery hose either. What's it for and where does it go? Right now it's not connected to anything. Please, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

The port comes off the top half of the carb, so it's definitely not the fuel drain hose. Do I need to put a plug on that port or just leave the hose intact and disconnected?
