Hi all,

I have been thinking about a handlebar scoot project, lately. I'd particularly love a rod vespa but that's likely a pipe dream. Looking for some advice on where to even start the search (I've got feelers out on the usual sites ebay, facebook, etc. already). Any tips or thoughts are greatly appreciated. TIA.
