Hi guys,

I bought a LX125 3Valves with 20k km.
There is a strange noise when the clutch starts to get traction. I cant figure out where it does come from.

Any help or suggestions? I found a spacer on the partslist which was not installed.
Could this be the problem?

Sounds like a bad bearing under the nut.

I also don't think it's recommended to run the motor with the belt cover off.

I disassembled the coverbearing and mounted it directly to the primary shaft.

That's not the point - the driven axle needs to be supported at both ends, with the 2-3mm of lateral float taken up.

It was a worn out clutch and Clutchbell. No noise with both parts new.
