Hello, I'm looking for this part for my Vespa GTS 250. It's a rubber cap that protects the headlight from dust and water. It's inside the handlebar. I can't find the exact name and part number for this part. It's a round, gray rubber cap. Does anyone know what I'm talking about?

No, this piece does not appear on the blueprints. I looked before writing my question.

You're looking for this? Your picture didn't show in your post.
You're probably fine without it. I have two laying on a shelf in my shop. I believe one is off a Genuine Buddy, and the other off a Yamaha C3.

There is a reason why I have linked to the exploded views. If a part is not listed there, it means that it cannot be ordered individually.

And so it is with the dust cap, which is only available together with the headlight unit. I assume you didn't want to hear that, but that's the way it is.

Possible solutions:
- New headlights
- be lucky and get one from a used or accident scooter
- omit
- Get a universal dust cap in the right diameter from Amazon or other online stores

Good luck!

Get a cheap Chinese headlight from Aliexpress, about $30 shipped. Light assembly is poor quality compared to OEM but rubber grommet is identical. Comes with a bulb as well.

I picked one up to cut up for a bi-LED projector project.
