Modern Vespa

I'm having trouble with my front suspension lock on my HPE 530 Exclusive. The suspension lock mechanism will not lock when I activate the switch to the left. The service manual says t move the switch to the to the right twice very fast and this will reset the suspension lock. However, this does not seem to wanna work and when I come to a stop, I cannot activate the suspension lock and keep my feet on the running boards it appears this is a problem with lots of Vesta.and Piaggio owners. In the MP3 world, the tilt lock system is the appeal of the bike, the sex of the bike and the grief of the bike.

First things to check are fuses, electrical connections and fluid level in the tilt lock reservoir.

The easiest fix is not to use the tilt lock and ride the mp3 like a regular motorcycle

it will only lock below 7 km and or 2000 RPM so if one or the other is to high it won't lock

Iff the system lost the flued it will sound a alarm horn or if there is some electronic problem sensor it will peep

Also it must sense there's someone on the saddle in normal use.
