So I lashed out and bought a new float bowl with accelerator pump for my GT 200. unfortunately the arm on the new bowl is dirrent from the old and fouls against the throttle bracket. Doesn't look like they are removable or I would swap them over. suggestions?

where there's a will there's a way. I modified the throttle cable mounting bracket to allow clearance. installed and working with new jets as well. I wonder if I have got that flat spot yet........Test ride now

I also fixed those pesky water heating pipes on the bottom of the carb. not needed in australia and makes the carb so much faster to get in and out (and its been out way too often)

The new accelerator pump is screwed into the bowl, maybe it was enough to just unscrew it and put it in the old bowl, then there is no need to adjust its shaft or the carburetor holder.

I considered that but wasn't confident that the Jets in the old bowl weren't contributing to the issue. There are two tiny jets. I guess I could have swapped them out as well
