Hello my newly acquired GT- 200 won't start.
No head lights, break lights or dash except for red blinking immobilization light.
Seat works, brand new battery,
Checked all blade fuses in glove box, and sneaky 15 A Blade fuse under seat with multimeter.
Relay?
Ignition switch?
And this Brown key thing. Arg didn't come with one.
Someone tried to steal my bike loading it on a wagon and four seniors over 80 tackled him till police arrived. Wonderful neighbors!
Please let me know if you have ideas? Most appreciative!!
Thanks!

A broken ignition switch is a very good guess - about the only thing that would line up with your list of what works and what doesn't. Fairly easy to replace as well on the GT200.

Thanks very much for your prompt reply.
Is this the part for the job?
These are the list of things that aren't working…
Horn,
Signal
Dash,
Starting
Headlights
Rear lights.
Works:
Imobilzer blinking light and seat release.
I appreciate it! Have fun!

That's the one! There are quite a few variations that all look very similar, so ensure you're getting a GT200 one.

Of course, that might not be it, but it's a pretty safe 99% bet. Otherwise it would have to be a corroded wire or other connection between main fuse and the switch.
