Need help please I got a vespa ET 50 for my girlfriend 3 years ago but she never used it so it been in storage all that time till I got it out and got it ready for sale. It run brilliant almost 3 years i ride it for arond 11 miles no problem. The other day I went for a test ride since it's been off the road but it cut out about a mile away and would not start so I pushed it home. I checked the spark plug with a multimeter and found out it was no good so I got a new one also I cleaned carb and filter. Today I went for a ride and it run great for 30 minutes but the exhaust started smoking a lot and it got worse as if it was burning inside so I made my way home then It started losing power of and on on the way back and when I got home and turned it off the exhaust smoked for around 15 minutes. Started it and it wasn't reving good it kept cutting out so I left it for an hour then started it and it seem ok. I've not been out on it since because I want to find out what could be wrong with it. I got a guy who is going buy it next week so I need to get it sorted before then.
