Vespa cosa 1 200 c, Starts / does not start, magic (Need advice from a professional!
History: Vespa cosa 1 200 c, stock, installed an aluminum cylinder manufactured by SIP (https://www.sip-scootershop.com/en/product/cylinder-sip-200-cc-414708-132056-for-vespa-200-rally-p200e-px200-e-lusso-98-my-cosa-200_41470730), started it - everything is good! The scooter stood for a month - we try to start it - zero (And when starting, loud pops began from the exhaust pipe (as if gases were collecting there.
We installed a new stator plate (https://www.sip-scootershop.com/en/product/stator-plate-piaggio-233871-290140-for-vespa-cosa-125-200_23387500 ) the electrics there are all stripped down- there's just a vespa px in the cosa, cdi, flywheel case now (https://www.sip-scootershop.com/en/product/flywheel-sip-touren-20-179469-224585-for-vespa-pk50-125-s-xl-xl2-ets-125-gtr-2-ts-2-150-sprint-v-2-super-2-200-rally-2-px80-200-pe-lusso-cosa_52003000) Ignition is 18 degrees. Everything worked perfectly! The scooter has been standing for 2 days, I'm trying to start it (it won't start and then it's the same as before - a loud bang (
I took off the flywheel – there are scratches on it inside (for the sake of experiment, I set the ignition to 23 degrees (as in the manual for the cylinder), but the effect is the same. It is clear that the problem is with the ignition, but everything is new (I have no ideas yet (Question: what could it be and how to treat it? Thank you in advance

That particular stator that you bought is a crappy indian stator that's packaged up inside a Piaggio box. The stator plate itself is too small of a diameter, so there's no way for it to center itself on the engine case. That's why you have the stator rubbing against the flywheel. The other problem with that stator is that the timing marks are stamped incorrectly on the stator plate. No doubt SIP knows about this, but they continue to sell these knockoff stators so they can recoup their money.

You're kinda limited to a couple options…either completely rebuild your original stator, or buy a Vape ignition kit.

Sorry to be the one to tell you that your new "piaggio" stator is absolutely garbage.

Thanks for the answer, I will definitely pass your opinion on to Ralph, but I wrote above that there was such a problem with the stock parts that were on the scooter, I decided that the problem was in them, so I replaced them, but everything came back.
