Hi there! I tried to unscrew the drain bolt and rounded the edges because i used a different wrench, not a tubular one. Is it possible for now to pump the oil through the dipstick hole? Like using an oil evac pump.

It's definitely possible, but if the bolt is definitely wasted, why not just use something like a vice grip to get it off and then replace the drain bolt with a new one? They're pretty inexpensive.

You can always file the bolt on both side and use an adjustable wrench!

The dealer over tightened the drain plug on Rocket, my 2006 Vespa GT, on the first service at 600 miles.

On the second service we found the hole threads came out with the plug, never to be tightened again.

That plug was secured in place using JBWeld, followed by oil changes involving pumping the oil out through the filler hole.

I did it that way up to 76,000 miles.

It can be done.
