Is this a normal amount of plastic fantastic noise up top? I'm used to it on cheap Chinese bikes, but I don't recall my previous modern vespas having it…but I was away from the Vespas scene for many years.

Just pressing on the bars. I notice the noise anytime I hit a bump, move the bike or do anything.

My gts ain't like that and i bet it ain't normal for a sprint.

Sounds like the kind of problem that might get better if you just take it apart, do nothing, and then put it back together again. But you could also not do that and just get really good at it and then you could not only ride to your gigs on your scooter, you could park it on stage!
