Took a ride this morning. So nice to be on 2 wheels again. Grabbed a short clip with my phone in my vest pocket.

Two things. Second ten mile skate this week. Time was a little better this time.

Also, grill scrubbed and full tank for steaks today.

Yes and yes! Ten miles on skates? Impressive. I'm slow cooking baby backs on the smoker today. Happy 4th!

What kills me is the "calories burned" estimate. I read Michael Phelps burned over 10000 calories a day training. PER DAY!

A friend of mine just returned from three weeks in Italy. He didn't bring many gifts, but he brought this back for me and my wife.

I dropped Scarlett, my '81 ET3, at Bello Moto last weekend for them to sort out an air leak - the engine was taking too long to return to idle when I released the throttle. Drove up from San Jose to pick her up this morning. Hopefully I'll get some riding time tomorrow - today has been hectic!
