Guys, could anyone tell me where to find the diagnostic port on my 2014 MP3 LT 300, I need to find out what the amber lamp on my dash is trying to tell me, don't know a great deal about these beasts, so I'm hoping one of you lovely people can help me out!?

I'm not 100% sure but in most is very close to the battery. In the download section maybe is the user/workshop manual for your specific model.

I add a picture from manual where shows the location.

You will also need a Diagnostic Plug, 3-Pin to 16-Pin OBD2 Adapter, widely available on Amazon in link below

For others that want to check error codes. This is the diagnostic to obd2 cable from Amazon. The actual cable I bought isn't available. I paid $13 usd. This is the same cable.

You'll also need a obd2 to usb cable.

And download jpdiag for FREE. Register to unlock all features. You'll get an email with free license.

Great info, thanks. I just bought a MP3 500 that doesn't start so this might help diagnose the problem. BTW, I tried to download the diagnostic software, but when I click on the download button, nothing happens.

Edit: OK, never mind. Turns out you have to go to the "Download" button on the top rather than use the one describing the jpdiag software.

I ran across this other OBD2 to USB cable on Amazon. I think it's the same cable, but a little cheaper.

Cables are hit and miss some work others dont, its all about the chip inside, I always try to go between cheap and expensive to find a decent one.

You want it to say 409.1 the link I posted is expensive. Just checked and the same cable is $12 usd.
When I bought mine I wanted it overnight.
