I searched for this answer first on here and have been looking on YouTube for awhile. I bought a 2024 300GTS Vespa towards the end of May and I am still trying to figure out how to set time, hook up Bluetooth and connect my phone, etc. Does anyone have any tips? That little toggle switch isn't my favorite on the Vespa. Lol I would like to connect my phone and get the Vespa app. Any help would be appreciated. Only my second post so forgive me if I missed seeing this already asked.

Have you not got a user manual? This one should be OK:

Some things are just wrong in the manual. Accessing the settings is one of them.
I don't remember the right way to do.

It's not very intuitive. Robot has a video but it is

Joystick left and repeat till settings displayed. Joystick down and hold.

Joystick up/down and press in to set what you want.

Thank you all for trying to help. I went outside and tried after watching the videos. Heat is bad here right now and still couldn't get it to work like Robot guy showed in the one video. I will keep trying though. 😏

Robot guy just put this video out yesterday and it helped me get it figured out. Because he shows what he is doing, tells you and you can see the toggle switch and the whole handle bar system. So this helped me, maybe it will help someone else too.

It's been a known issue that the official manual has an incorrect description of the toggle/settings functions.

Really wish I could help here, but how I did mine remains a mystery. I distinctly remember being glad I didn't have to do it again or explain it to anyone. It's probably only worth persisting with if you want to be able to play music from your phone to a headset as you can skip through tracks with your thumb toggle switch. This is the only thing I find it useful for.

I've already decided that when the clocks go back an hour in autumn, the clock is staying an hour out until next spring.
