Can anyone tell me what OBD scanner will work with a 2017 Piaggio Beverly 350? The plug is in the image attached.

I understand I will most likely need to get both the OBD scanner and the plug adaptor.

I have been reading the various posts on here on the subject, but in truth a lot of it isn't making much sense to me. I'm pretty new to moto mechanics!

Thanks. I had found and read that previously. But for me personally it, or I, fall over at the first hurdle: I don't own a Windows PC.

So what I'm really looking for is a scanner (I think that's what they're called) that can plug in and give me the fault codes.

Thanks.

For the FXTUL I'd be optimistic that'll work for the bv350 as it works for the vespas and most of these use the same ecu and hence the same diag tools.

Show us a pic of your ecu so we can confirm if it's a MIU like the vespa gts

Thanks.

I first need to work out where the ECU is!

If it is a MIU like I'm guessing then it's a combined unit with the throttle body.

I have found a scanner that works with the BV350, 400 and a host of other Piaggio and Vespa machines. It's the one mentioned in comments above and listed on the Scooterwest website, at about $150.

You can buy it direct from FXTul for £53 delivered.

I've ordered one. It will take a while to arrive, and then I'll be in Spain for two months, so as soon as I'm back and able to test it out, I'll update this thread to confirm it works, or doesn't.
