MY Vespa is losing power like it is fuel starved or fuel line filter is clogged. Service tech says that is not the problem as pressure is good.Any other ideas as what it could be? When I accelerate it sputters. Thanks

How did he measure that? And good pressure doesn't necessarily mean a good spray pattern from the injector.

Change the injector. They are inexpensive on eBay. Last I bought they were 4 for $40. I believe they are IW82

Seems like it's either fuel delivery or spark.

Check and clean/replace the fuel injector as mentioned above.

Check the sparkplug and clean/replace if needed. Also ensure that the HT lead is properly connected.

Both of these are pretty easy DIY projects. The OEM sparkplug tool is the best one for the tight space.
