Please someone give me a clue what do i adjust

If by "bent" you mean they aren't aligned with the front wheel, then you can re-align them simply (and without any tools!) by grabbing the handlebars while standing in front of the bike, bracing the front wheel with your legs, and then slowly pulling the handlebars toward the direction that gets them back into alignment.

You'll probably need some modest force to do this — not a jerk, just a strong, slow, careful pull.

If they were bent in a crash or tip-over, check your steering head bearings, too. If they're deformed or the steering shaft is loose... you don't want to wait until you crash to find out. Cheap to fix.
