Don't know where you took the photo, but the painting appears to be in Guggenheim Museum, NYC.

I made the photo in the Guggenheim Museum.

It was one of the paintings in our art course back in high school, long time ago, that I liked very much.

But I never saw the real thing. And to my surprise when visiting the Guggenheim, there it was.

I do not see any further clue in the photo.

I was at J Vineyards and Winery up in the Sonoma area. There is a big J on the wall to the right. Mrs. Jess and I were tasting some of their current selections.

Came home with a case, too.

Funny name for a park. Keukenhof literally translates in "kitchen garden".

Next to the big rockfestivals, Werchter, Pukkelpop, Dour and others, now almost every city or village has its own mini summer rockfestival. This one was last weekend in Tremelo, Belgium, our neighbouring village.

The middle one, the Yankee stadium, I recognize. We have been watching there a game during our visit to New York. Against some Miami guys if I remember correctly.

My son absolutely wanted to watch live some typical American sports. American football is his favorite but no competition then, so it became baseball and icehockey.
To be honest, baseball was not our cup of tea, but the icehockey game, that was great. All show, even the guys that sweep the ice, great fun. The sport has a reputation of being a bit rude but nothing like that in the public.

You should have been there (hockey game) in the 70s and before. Carnage. If you saw a pro with front teeth he was a pussy. Goalies didn't wear face masks till the sixties. For Example: Terry Sawchuk

To be fair, my initial guess was Chula Vista. Then I remembered your post listing your scoots. So I pulled up Maps, switched to terrain view and looked for landscape features. From there, I used Satellite view to match the traffic circle and platting helped nail it down.

I've had this photo for 25+ yrs hanging in the basement powder room. The location is pretty easy but I've always wondered which Vespa/year it is.
I'm sure someone here will know....

Hard to nail down the year, bit it looks like a '70s Vespa Sprint Veloce. It has the later style non-script leg shield badge and the color is '74-on. It has a glove box in the left cowl, so it's not a TS125. The trim on the cowl is unfamiliar, but indicative of a higher trim spec.

Others on the NSM side can probably nail it down better.
