I recently purchased a 2016 mp3 500 sport. I've noticed a lot of hot air coming through the handlebar cowling and over the grips. Is this normal? Can I reduce or divert it via fan shroud?
Temp guage is running at half mark as it should. I live in florida and prefer scooters over bikes because the heat is directed away from me.

Not sure if is your case scenario, but in my MP3 250 the heat comes from the brake fluid reservoir, usually when I have driven hard or when I have been on many downhill slopes

It seams the fan shroud is designed to vent the heat into the console and handlebars.

I flushed and replaced coolant. More tolerable now.
Now if I can just get that lumbar adjusted up and back...
