Greetings,

For the last 13 years or so, I have been getting inquiries about a "How to",
step by step procedure for how to go about removing, cleaning and reassemble a Vespa ET2 50 Carburetor. At the time, the PDF was considered to be too large of a file to post on the Forum. Many moons ago, I had a Dropbox account and would invite folks to sign in to access it. I have since closed that account.

I now have the ability to "screenshot" and thought, it will take some time to do all twenty pages, but I am willing to do so if there's enough interest.

Guido

Greetings,
I am bringing a neighbor's ET2 50 back from years of disuse. I put a new fuel line and a petcock on it (and some other non fuel related items). It works a bit, but seems to starve of fuel and I think a carb cleaning is the next step. I would love a copy of your procedure if that is possible. I just joined the forum to post a reply here. Seems like a great place!
Thanks,
Mike

If at all possible I would love to see this. My 2000 ET2 50 was working fine then I moved to Dallas Texas and it has been sitting in the garage since it got off the moving truck. I don't know of reasonable independent to clean and get it started/running so thought I might try it myself if not too complicated. Many thanks in advance!

PS, it has been sitting for 4 years, with some gas in the tank.

Change the fuel tap would be my first suggestion and new fuel.

The vacuum operated taps have a tendency to fail
