Modern Vespa

Hello. I am having a hard time finding information about LED signals on scooters and am hoping someone here can point me in the right direction.

I am trying to replace broken signal with new LED turn signals on my 2009 SC250ie and find myself needing some help. I have two sets of inexpensive TEMU turn signals. One set has three wires and the other has two wires. The two-wire set matches the original two wire setup on the scooter so I was thinking this should be a simple install. I hooked them up and they will turn on and are very bright but not flashing. Goggling around, I have found that a diode may be needed or a different flasher relay. I am hoping someone here has done this and can point me in the right direction for what I need to do to get them flashing. I only test fitted one signal. I am wondering if I have to install them all to get them flashing?

I have also searched for the relay location. I haven't found that either. I did find an old post that for a MP3 and says it may be under the foot rest. I am hoping not to have to remove the plastics. That looks to be a project by itself but I am all in.

About the set with three-wire setup. It has a white/yellow and can set up to have continuous bright white running lights and the yellow turning signal. I really don't know how to go about using this setup but it would be nice and seemingly safer. If someone has some insight, please let me know. I actually would rather have the running light feature.
