I am considering getting a Bell 500 helmet and wondered if anyone knows if they will fit under the seat of a GTS300?

I tried several 3/4 helmets from HJC to Shoei under the seat of the Sprint and none of them quite fit. The bell has a lower profile, though, so ... maybe?

Bell makes one called the Broozer I was interested. Full face with a removable chin.

I'm curious to hear what you find. I think the best bet is to ride into a dealer that sells them and just see if it fits.

I'm pretty sure it will if you turn it on its side.

I've owned 4 Bell 500's. All of them good. They take a while to bed in though.

Poor criteria for choosing a helmet. Get a full face and just hang it on the curry hook.

I agree a full face is more protective, but I've owned Bell 500s and they're fine helmets, and isn't it better to have a helmet he'll carry and wear and not worry if it's going to be stolen?
