And happy about it?

My next upgrade is gonna be an exhaust and I was wondering if any of you still have the scorpion fitted with no problems? I haven't quite made up my mind on if I want the older Scorpion (not the titanium) or if I should wait around for the Leo Vince. Or are there any other options to get that throaty but legal sound?I like the look of the Scorpion much more than the LV but if I'm gonna be fitted with a piece of shit I guess I'd rather go with something more reliable.. Then again we dont even know if the LV is gonna be any more reliable do we? And I dont want a PM!
Thanks

I guy in our club has a GT200 with a Scorpion pipe installed and doing fine after a full two years. He is quite happy with it. Similarly loud as the PM but with a different timber, more Harley like than the PM.

10,000 miles on mine and it is still shiny and rocking. No probs. Loud, huh? sounds fine to me. Now, it seems quieter than it did as new. maybe I am just used to it. My wife wants one on her GT as well.

We run our Scorpion on the freeway for long periods of time and the muffler got so hot it burnt the rear fender. We are waiting for the Leo Vince and we are going to try that one instead.

I thought I had read somewhere where the pipe had to be tweaked as to not have the burning fender problem.

works perfectly fine on a GT. not so well on a GTS.

My GT has had several thousand miles on the titanium scorpion, and it's all good. Mayhap a bit loud though, and it really bugs the people stuck behind me

Mine sticks past the fender so no problems here, and as far as loud I dig it and it keeps me noticed! But I have always liked loud pipes.
