So I just want to find fellow riders round these parts. If you belong to a scooter club please let me know. I have searched the book of faces but I can't seem to find any groups or pages for scooter clubs.

Fellow Arkansan here. But I'm no longer there.
When I lived in Arkansas I used to joke that I owned over half of the vintage Vespas in the state. (I'm sure I was not exaggerating much.)
I had a tiny club in Fayetteville. We traveled to rallies in Kansas City, Oklahoma City, Dallas and occasionally to Memphis.
See if you can find the Memphis or St. Louis clubs. They might know a few Vespa riders in Arkansas.
