this technical marvel is dated, underpowered and not very reliable. It's basically a two wheeled Fiat.

Well, I had a Fiat Stilo wagon fo 6 years, and it was anything like that. So it's really like my Vespa

Well as long as they didn't end up going off the end of an aircraft carrier into the sea off Portugal, they're doing better than the first Stig.

He had to leave because he opened his mouth as to who he actually was.

Not wise.

Hmmm....could be the reason the Royal Enfield 650 is only 47 hp, so as not to overwhelm it's 'built to a price' rolling stock?
There are many mid-range motorcycles built to 47 hp so they don't exceed the requirements for certain motorcycle licenses in many parts of the world. The Honda 500 series of bikes - CB500f, CBR500r, etc., are all rated at 47hp.

An A2 Licence in the UK will allow you to ride up to 47 HP.

True, and I wasn't being totally serious with my snarky remark.

Truth be told, I consider 45-55 hp to be a seriously practical amount of 'snot' to travel almost anywhere with, and do 95% of anything I do with a motorcycle satisfactorily. For that other 9% of the things I do with a motorcycle, I have several other overpowered machines to be crazy with, but I still consider 45-55 hp to be the 'meat and potatoes' range of practical motorcycle power...buzz to the store for cat food, cross a continent.

I had a customer who put Malossi top ends and nitrous on a GTS that he took drag racing in SoCal. Went through a lot of top ends.

And looking back I think that the 180cc kit on the ET4 was actually a 190cc.
