You would have expected a whole generation of wooden vehicle engineers would have taken root.

Looks like Fiat solved their rust problem.

The Fiat designers knew it wooden handle even with latex tubes that sap performance. It's the old chestnut, where they knew it was knot right and went against the grain. This leafs us thinking where they branching out too quickly?
Some say the wacky designs had roots in the marketing dept, yet it clearly never bore fruit.
